My name is Julie. I am currently 49 years old. I am married and Mom to 21 yo & 19 yo young men. I currently weigh 280 pounds. I'm not exactly upset about this, but know I need to lose it to have a healthier future. I started to slowly put on weight around 1992, a couple pounds each year. Over the past 30 years I have tried numerous times to lose weight and always had initial success and then one slip up would send me off the cliff. Over the years I have learned what works for me and what doesn't. So, this time I sat down and put all the things together to come up with a plan . I am going to try meal replacement shakes from 310 nutrition. I'm planning on adding healthy ingredients to the shakes to make them about 300 calories and have one for breakfast and dinner. Lunch will be my balanced healthy lunch and having sensible snacks to make up the additional 600 calories for the day. I am going to start this Saturday, April 3 and weigh myself each Saturday mo
